Our Shades are available in a variety of sizes and we offer a custom service for larger sized Shades for Ceiling Lights and Floor Standing Lamps. These can be ordered directly from us at
We require the following information from you to complete your Custom order....
1.Name of the shade you have seen here at the website:
2.Size Required (Diameter measurement is preferred):
We will confirm all details and the completion date for your custom shade by email and Your Payment will be made at Pay Pal.
Payment and Shipping
Paypal payments: Are accepted for your orders.
Credit Card Payments: you can also pay with your credit card through Paypal without creating an account, should you wish to do so.
When you reach the Paypal checkout page, click the link "don't have a Paypal account ?" and simply enter your credit card information and address.
Our items are shipped from UK and Shipped within 3 days after receiving payment.
Please note, all our items are shipped individually even if you have placed a multiple order with us.
For Example. If you have purchased 3 Shades we will box and send the 3 shades 'individually' ( x3 separate parcels) to you. All items are tracked and insured, so you can rest assured you will receive all your purchased items. We send our items individually to ensure that you the customer actually recieves the best Postage & Packaging prices, as opposed to 'larger' sized parcels that often can cost large postage fees (especially internationally).
Domestic Orders (UK):
1st Class Signed for: Usually delivered to destination within 2 Business days and require a signature at destination.
International Orders (EUROPE):
International Tracked/Signed for: Usually delivered to destination within 3-5 Business days and require a signature at destination.
International Orders (WORLDWIDE):
International Tracked/Signed for: Usually delivered to destination within 5-7 Business days and require a signature at destination.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLy:
In some cases your package can be delayed in Customs, it may take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered, this rarely happens but please be aware that can does occur (especially around busy periods like Religious or National Holidays).
Please understand these circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control.
All orders shipped will require a signature on delivery. So please check the content of a package 'before' signing so any insurance can cover everything in case the content is damaged.
We shall endeavour to notify you when your item was shipped some you will have an idea of its estimated delivery/arrival date.
Returns & Refunds
*We will replace DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY please return within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
*We will replace any damaged item if you follow the instruction below:
Please check the content of a package 'before' signing, especially if the box looks damaged. If you sign without checking, there's no way to prove the item has been damaged during transit so the insurance won't cover anything and we will not be able to replace it for you.
If the item is damaged, please note everything on the receipt & contact us at the listed email address as soon as possible. *Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
*You will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send back the package with insurance. This way you will be protected from loss or damages during shipping.
•All products should be returned in original condition with any Tags and Packaging that accompanied it.
*If a package is returned because it has not been picked up within 15 days after attempted delivery at your local Post office, you will have to pay new shipping charges so we can ship it back to you.
